3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is confirmed, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product, with proof (pictures/videos).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Bros Royal website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Bros Royal is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • All footwear should be used for its intended purpose only.
