1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.

  • Sale/discounted items unless damaged or defective.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and pictures/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team (return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless it was our fault).


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, you can choose another product or opt for store credit.
